Event name, subtitle, hosted by, web address, phone, email, category all self-evident.
In location field, choose location if already there or add a new location.
If on one day, choose start date and end date the same but choose start and end times instead.
Select private / public (if private, it won't listed with all our listed events).
If you want to sell tickets, choose the "register" form (you need a paypal account to sell tickets)
Email me, allow overbooking, show users that bought tickets, auto-approve all self-evident
Event title, meta-keywords and meta-description are what people will see on search engine results
Click on Apply - if you chose to sell tickets, you now need to click on "Manage Tickets Type"
In Manage tickets type, click on "No ticket", enter the ticket name/price/numbers
Enter the max # tickets per person, a ticket description and click on save.
Click Back and set the dates to open/close box office and start/stop selling tickets
Click Next
Select your design colour, add youtube video (optional) and add the main description.
Click save and you have created you event. Congratulations.
Note: Keep your Paypal receipts for tickets bought - these will make up your paid already list.
